    2 night trip to Ashland/ Shakespeare festival , on way home stop in Jacksonville, trip was both meaningful & fun. Efficient & caring leadership by Michelle W & Bill carted us to & from in town lots of shops, creekside lunch or dinner. I could not have asked for a better trip. Our Needs anticipated shopping done, food fixed by Bill the great driver & person. Can’t wait to go on another trip!

    Kate greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality! Everyone we met, from the receptionist to the dining manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Kate knew everything about Spring Ridge, patiently went over all of our questions and toured two apartments with us. She knew every resident by name and they greeted her warmly in return. She’s a true asset to Spring Rusge.

    Our guide, Chantelle, was wonderful to work with. The facility was impressive, organized, clean and well appointed. Our only question is based on understanding cost outlay, should we decide to live at SpringRidge. The printout of monthly costs between housing optiops/ floor plans was a bit confusing . If that portion of the material was better explained, we would be able to make a decision. At any rate our initial visit was very pleasant.

    Our visit was extremely helpful. Kate had planned a well organized tour, and answered most of our questions before we asked them. We came away feeling very positive about Spring Ridge and it is high on our list of potential residences. The atmosphere was friendly, quiet, clean and welcoming.
