Our active retirement community offers numerous health and wellness opportunities to help residents meet their fitness goals. Each week, for example, a Gentle Stretch & Relaxation class provides a full-body workout focused on stretching to keep muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Instructor Mikki G. sets the mood with peaceful, relaxing music and shares tips for staying consistent with exercise goals. At The Village at Sherman Oaks, fitness matters!
