The men of SpringRidge enjoy spending quality time together. In addition to bonding over sporting events and activities such as billiards, they also enjoy working out as a group. They gather for Men’s Swim three times per week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The early-morning water fitness meet-up is a great before-breakfast workout and offers a wealth of health benefits such as building endurance and improving heart and lung strength.
