Yoga is an ancient science of health for the physical body and promotes balance for the mind and emotions. It offers balance strength, energy and deep breathing.  SpringRidge is adding Yoga to its already packed fitness calendar. Becky DelaCruz, a certified Yoga instructor who has studied the art form for four years, will facilitate the class which will offer poses and techniques for residents of all fitness levels.
