In July, Villa Hermosa offers a meditation class, helping residents reap the many benefits of mindfulness exercise. Yoga expert and wholistic lifestyle specialist Bre Downing will guide participants to relax the mind and body and improve breathing techniques. The class is offered in a small group setting to ensure social distancing, and is just one of many opportunities for health and wellness offered at the active retirement community.
