Take a Yoga Class

Although residents at The Village at Sherman Oaks are social distancing, they are still taking advantage of the wealth of opportunities to stay fit and active. The senior living community offers online fitness classes to encourage residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Yoga is offered several times a week via Zoom and residents can workout from the comfort and safety of their residences. Yoga has been shown to strengthen the core and improve flexibility.
