The representative was very friendly, answered all my questions, and provided me a packet with detailed information about the facility and programs. We toured the facility, which was clean, bright, and impressive. Had an opportunity to talk to some of the residents prior to the meeting; they had favorable things to say about their experiences. Everyone seemed relaxed and comfortable.

The Village was very nice! Jana was amazing who gave the tour and all the information! It’s very clean. The people seem very happy there along with the employees. It seems like a very happy environment!

I’ve lived at the Village at Sherman Oaks for 3 1/2 years. I’m a very happy resident. Our activity schedule is vibrant, with lots of things to choose from. We enjoy fitness classes, swimming, college lectures, painting classes, writing classes, knitting and crocheting classes, high-end entertainment, and a wonderful mix of first run and classic movies. We are a very accepting community so it’s easy to get involved, make friends and feel at home.

My mom lived at The Village at Sherman Oaks for around a year and a half. She lived in Assisted Living, participated in The Club, and Enliven Memory Care. Our experience was wonderful. The staff is professional and caring. The relationships between the staff and residents was special. The other community members were outgoing and friendly. The Village offers so many activities , outings and themed parties, that there was always something to do. Musical entertainment was brought in regularly, which everyone enjoyed. The care and personal relationships built with the staff, helped our family through very difficult times. I can wholeheartedly recommend The Village at Sherman Oaks to anyone looking for care for an elderly family member

Jana gave us a wonderful tour of the facilities and described all the activities available to residents. We have visited several other senior resident communities in the area and found the Village at Sherman Oaks to be much more alive with residents involved in activities. The hallways and rooms felt new and not worn down. Refreshing!
