The weekly Tai Chi class at The Village at Sherman Oaks leads residents through a series of sitting and standing Tai Chi movements. These gentle exercises are performed by older adults all over the world, as they are excellent for arthritis relief and help restore physical balance. Tai Chi is just one of the many fitness classes offered at the active retirement community that is designed to keep residents active and engaged.
