The Village at Sherman Oaks will offer a fun outdoor aquatics exercise class to residents. The certified instructor works with participants on stretching in a buoyant atmosphere to ease stiffness, gain strength, and improve balance. Water exercises are particularly good for joint and muscle pain, as the water provides comfortable support while exercising. Research has also shown that it can help maintain strength and muscle tone, improve heart and lung function, increase blood flow. At The Village at Sherman Oaks, fitness matters!
