Dish with the Chef

Each month, Villa Hermosa’s executive chef hosts a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting Villa Hermosa residents to share their dining experiences and learn about upcoming menu options. Chef Miciah also hosts a cooking demonstration and discusses the health benefits of superfoods and heart-healthy dishes. In September, Brussels sprouts will be the food of the month. They are an excellent source of protein, high in fiber and can help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
