Be a Weekend Warrior

Villa Hermosa’s Weekend Warrior series is designed for residents who want to increase their fitness levels and kick up their exercise regimen. Each Sunday, the program will focus on a new fitness area: cardio, strength, balance or restoration. These classes will be taught by certified ZEST fitness instructors and are designed to keep participants challenged and engaged. The series is just one of the many opportunities for health and wellness offered at the active retirement community.
