The National Institutes of Health recommend physical fitness for everyone, regardless of age. At The Heritage Tradition, fitness matters! Residents have at least 15 opportunities weekly to partake in an exercise program. From traditional workouts such as Yoga to more fun classes such as Line Dancing, there is something for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Each week, Genesis hosts a fall prevention class, helping improve residents’ balance while working muscles in their lower body.
