Dance to Better Health

Maravilla offers a weekly “Joyous Movement,” a modified belly dancing class. Facilitated by dance instructor Beth Amine, the class takes residents on a “trip around the world” to help them ease into different movements while strengthening their core. The class utilizes both the mind and body to maximize health benefits. Beth specializes in older adults and also works with the Alzheimer’s Association’s “TUNE UP!” program.
