I loved what I saw at Maravilla. My parent, unfortunately, does not want to leave her current house, so I am not currently certain what will happen going forward or if she will move into Maravilla, but it seems like a wonderful place, and Leslie was very helpful and courteous.

I have visited about 12 places and you list of activities is far better than any thing I have seen. The facility is very lovely.

We really liked the community but are uncertain about the location. But of the communities we have visited Maravilla is pretty close to the top if not at the top.

The General Manager/Director Ruth Grande Introduced herself and participated in the tour. This was very unexpected and much appreciated.

this is my first time searching for senior living. i was not prepared and so did not have a lot of questions, so the visit was short. while walking from the parking lot to the visitor center, i was lost and went around a bit. the place is really nice and service people are very courteous and friendly.

Don was a wealth of information and enjoyed meeting him. An observation was that he walked very fast (much faster than my 88 year old father). Better to saunter with the buyer than walk ahead. Also, I suggested the option of riding in a electric golf card to get to father independent living areas. (even though I understand it is important for members to walk...). Also, upon greeting, it would be nice to be offered something to drink (coffee/water..), the front desk make the person feel comfortable and welcome (maybe start a convo and let them know that they are happy they are at Maravilla). My father was very hesitant to go...
