I think Maravilla would suit our needs very much. I worry about the cost per month and whether, if we needed to move to Assisted Living someday, we'd have enough money per month to afford it. It's all about the money. We like everything about Maravilla, otherwise.

Jessica was most kind to show my daughter around and answer questions even though this was our second visit. She understood our need to follow up from the first visit, so that all our questions could be answered. This made it easier to decide that Marvilla was definitely the place that I wanted to be.

On Sept 9 Maravilla was giving a tour of its newly remodeled memory care unit and that is why we came. While there we asked if someone could give us a tour of a few Assisted Living floor plans. Jessica asked if Christine if she could show us around AL which she happily did and answered all of our questions and did not rush us.

One of the experiences that was most persuasive was the friendliness of everyone of your current residents. People we passed in the hallways; people with whom we were able to chitchat were friendly, happy, and encouraging. Clearly, their pleasure in living there is your very best advertisement.

I really appreciate that Jessica listened to everything that would be required for my Mom to be able to make the move. She was very specific about getting me in to see what I requested. And was able to take a back seat with the details that were not imperative at this time. Jessica is really easy to work with and a real pro. I was able to meet a lot of the department managers at my first visit and they seemed genuinely interested in the residents' welfare. The residents we met were genuinely warm towards Jessica and their reviews of the facility. I was impressed that the staff seems genuinely happy and not stressed out of burdened. -- that's a good sign.

Leslie was wonderful!!! So patient with my 94 yr old mother. I know we kept her past the end of her normal shift... she never balked and spent as much time with us as we needed. I am investigating ahead for plans in 4 to 6 years. I will probably check with Leslye early in January 2019 about a possible visit for perhaps 5 days at MIRAVILLA ; She had mentioned the possibility of a complimentary couple of days stay on site and add’l days at a reasonable rate per day ( I believe she said approximately $160 per night). That would afford me an opportunity to meet residents and see 1st hand what daily life might be like at MARAVILLA.
