River’s Edge presents a new series of programs for residents interested in improving their cognitive function. The sessions will introduce the six pillars of brain health including the ability to learn, reason, remember, and adapt one’s thinking to new ideas. These exercises help to sustain good brain function and cognitive fitness, which are essential to healthy aging. The series is just one of many activities offered at the senior living community focused on brain health.
