Residents looking for a fun way to burn calories can try our “Tap Dance with Flo” class. Offered on Tuesday, the high-energy workout focuses on the basics of tapping and simple routines. Tap dancing has been shown to improve heart health and tone the lower-body muscles. At The Village at NorthRidge, fitness matters!
