Try a New Fitness Class

Silver Springs residents will have a weekly opportunity to participate in a new fitness class: Standing Fitness. There are many easy exercises you can do in a standing position that can improve your balance, flexibility and strength. The class is led by one of Silver Springs’ expert physical trainers and is open to residents of all ability levels. The class is offered on Monday and is a great way to start the week.
