The Piedmont at Buckhead’s expert fitness staff has seen immense value in helping residents establish a morning stretching routine. Stretching is particularly important when you first wake up because it helps kick-start your energy levels and improves your circulation. Morning stretching also increases muscle and joint flexibility, improves circulation, reduces tension and prevents stress. Residents at The Piedmont at Buckhead are invited to attend a community-wide 15-minute full-body stretching class together.
