Dance to Better Health

Research shows dancing offers many of the wonderful health benefits associated with cardio fitness. Each week at The Piedmont at Buckhead, residents can kick up their heels to improve their overall health and wellness. Under the guidance of instructor Robert Tolentino, a professional dancer, residents are learning dance moves that are perfect for all skill levels. The small group activity is just one of the many opportunities for physical fitness offered at the active retirement community.
