We’re moving and grooving as we work up a sweat during our Dancercise class. Twice a month, instructor Jill Sisco leads residents through dance routines while listening to fun, upbeat music. Research shows dancing can strengthen muscles as well as improve heart health. Dancercise is just one of the many opportunities for wellness offered at our active retirement community.
