Meditation soothes the soul and helps to rid the body of stress and tension. Residents of The Piedmont at Buckhead are invited to join our fitness instructor for an hour of total relaxation and meditation. The health benefits of meditation are well known. It is proven to slow the heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and relax stiff and tired muscles. Residents will also learn how they can apply these breathing techniques to their day-to-day lives.
