Yoga combines strengthening and stretching with deep breathing for a complete mind-body workout.  Each week, the community’s Yoga instructor guides residents through a soothing session of relaxation and stretching that is perfect for those seeking a low-impact exercise. The class is one of the many fitness programs offered at The Village at NorthRidge to help residents lead an active lifestyle.
