Every Sunday, our residents get their groove on with our popular dance class. Dancing is a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.  And...you don’t even need a pair of blue suede shoes!  At The Village at NorthRidge, our active retirement community offers a variety of exercise and fitness programs focusing on mind, body and spirit to help residents lead an active lifestyle.
