This month, Villa Hermosa is pleased to offer the relaxing and mindful art of Tai Chi to residents. Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Through slow, methodical movements, balance and breathing rhythms, residents can enjoy the art of Tai Chi in a comfortable atmosphere. The class is also great for strengthening one’s core, a key compenent in lower fall risks.
