Spin cycling has many benefits, including burning calories, strengthening your core and increasing cardiovascular health. It is a fun, low-impact workout that is also gentle on the back, hips, knees and ankles. Our residents are reaping the many health benefits of this fitness class and preparing for the upcoming Tour de Zest competition in July. Spinning is just one of the many opportunities for physical fitness offered at our active retirement community.
