The Heritage Tradition has added a new tai chi class, encouraging residents to reap the many documented benefits of this gentle exercise. The small group class is led by an instructor who guides residents through a series of moves designed to challenge their mind, body and soul. Tai chi has been shown to improve flexibility, muscle strength and endurance without putting added strain on our body. At The Heritage Tradition, fitness matters!
