We’ve added another class to our already robust fitness calendar! Residents can head to our Health Club every Friday in March for circuit training. Under the guidance of a fitness instructor, they’ll perform a combination of exercises with a short rest period between each set, cycling through a variety of stations. This invigorating class is perfect for residents wishing for a high-energy workout. At The Heritage, fitness matters!
