Residents at The Heritage Tradition looking to kick-up their fitness regimen have over 15 weekly activities from which to choose. For example, early risers may join friends for a few rounds of table tennis. Research shows playing the game has been linked to improved balance, hand-eye-coordination and core muscle strength.  The Ladies’ Putting, Walking Club, Wii bowling and a Stretch and Balance class are also on the fitness calendar.
