Learn Water Walking

La Vida Del Mar is pleased to offer a weekly exercise class in the beautiful outdoor pool. According to the American Council on Exercise, exercising in water makes you feel about 90% lighter, making it an excellent low-impact exercise that can be beneficial for anyone with arthritis, back pain, or limited mobility. Research has also shown that it can help maintain strength and muscle tone and  improve heart and lung function.
