Let's Dish Swordfish!

Residents at Maravilla enjoyed a "behind the scenes look" at the community's gourmet dining program with a virtual "Let's Dish" chef's chat. Led by Maravilla's Executive Chef Porfirio Lemus, viewers enjoyed a demonstration of sautéing fresh and locally sourced wild-caught swordfish accompanied by savory heirloom tomatoes and summer vegetables. Residents also had the added benefit of tasting the dish for themselves on the evening’s dinner menu and are looking forward to next month's demonstration.
