Try Qi Gong

River’s Edge residents are welcome to try Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese form of physical training. Qi Gong combines gentle movements of  both Yoga and Tai Chi. These easy, slow, repetitive stretches, synchronized with breath and soothing music, allow for increased range of motion, flexibility, bone strength, energy, balance and walking. Qi Gong has been practiced by seniors for centuries all over the world.
