The representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very nice and well layout. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We are thinking very favorably of moving to Silver Springs.

This was an amazing experience. Greeted with a smile and welcoming word. Had a fantastic tour, an absolute beautiful place. Had a meeting with the head lady who answered all my questions and gave me information on many other’s issues I may have with bringing my mom home. Guided me to several places I needed to go for my mom to get help. She was so kind, looked things up for me, wrote everything down and said I could call for help when I needed. So professional and friendly. I left feeling positive that I can do the caregiving for my mom.. I would definitely sign up to put my mom or even myself. Beautiful lady that cares for every client that’s there.. this is the place to be..

This is a wonderful place. Everyone very friendly and professional. Took plenty of time to explain everything to me and helped me with other medical issues I needed. I would definitely put my mom or even my self here!! Check it out if you are looking for a wonderful place for a loved one.

The moment we stepped into the lobby we felt welcomed. The staff here is top notch! Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so kind and caring. My sister lives here now and has been for the past few months. She is thriving in this community surrounded by super staff and friendly residents. We all couldn’t be happier with the decision for my sister to live at Silver Springs. Thank you creating such a beautiful and loving environment!

My mother moved into Silver Springs two and a half years ago and it really gave her a new lease on life. She had been lonely after my dad passed and really needed to be around people. She could not have found a more perfect place. The residents and staff welcomed her and loved her. She has been so happy and made many wonderful friends. It’s a lovely facility and the food is really good. Now if you eat at the best restuarant in town three times a day for years It’s going to get old. But they would make her an egg salad sandwhich with cut strawberries just the way she asked! I can’t say enough good things about the staff. From the front desk, to the dining room, the care givers, nursing staff and maintenance staff, they all took care of her and made her feel loved. We are so grateful to them and grateful that we got to be friends with them too!! Thank You!!!

The facilities (restaurant, grounds, family room, etc ) are wonderful. For the price, the rooms are dated with lacking kitchens.
