Peninsula Del Rey residents have over 10 opportunities for fitness each week. The convenience of our onsite class, plus the encouragement of neighbors, are great motivators for becoming more physically active. For residents seeking a fun, high-energy workout, our Zumba class is the perfect way to burn calories. Those who prefer a more traditional exercise can join our 2,000 Steps Walking Club. In addition to improving physical health, exercising is also a great way to boost one’s mood and meet new friends.
