Each month, Executive Chef Justine invites residents to a “Let’s Dish” session where they can learn about the health benefits of incorporating superfoods into their diets and enjoy a live cooking demonstration. In January, she’ll discuss kale, known for its numerous vitamins, including A, K, B6 and C. She’ll also create a dish that will be featured on the active retirement community’s plant-based FreshZest menu.
