Helen Lee Named Executive Director for The Village at Northridge, Featured in McKnights Senior Living and Patch
Senior Resource Group LLC (SRG), a leader in the development and operation of award-winning senior living communities, is proud to announce the appointment of Helen Lee as Executive Director of The Village at Northridge in Northridge, Calif. Lee brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and hospitality management experience, along with a deep connection to the community she now returns to lead.
In her new role, Lee will oversee day-to-day operations and services for residents of the active retirement community, including both independent and assisted living. She will also provide leadership and support to the community’s dedicated team members while continuing to foster an environment centered on hospitality, innovation and resident wellbeing.
A Northridge native, Lee previously served as Business Manager and Assistant Executive Director at The Village at Northridge before expanding her operational expertise at senior living communities throughout the region. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided operational transitions and strengthened resident satisfaction. She is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to residents and strong understanding of senior living operations.
