The Heritage Tradition Awarded Prestigious Three-Year CARF Accreditation
SUN CITY WEST, AZ—(November 7, 2024)— The Heritage Tradition, a luxury senior living community owned and operated by Senior Resource Group (SRG), has been awarded a Three-Year Accreditation by CARF International, an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.
Similar to the five-star rating of the hospitality industry, this certification is the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to a retirement community. The reaccreditation—which is valid through 2027—covers both independent and assisted living. The report noted zero recommendations, an accomplishment achieved on only 3 percent of CARF surveys.

The survey team highlighted several key strengths of the community, including its long-tenured leadership, collaborative environment, resident safety and security, financial stability, and robust life enrichment and wellness programs that focus on wellbeing in mind, body and soul.
