SRG’s Corporate Food Service Director Sean H., is hoping to wow judges with his simple, five-ingredient omelet during the California Assisted Living Association’s Culinary Fall Forum competition. The event challenged chefs at senior living communities to “enrich the skill set of viewers with something new, simple, and easy to replicate in their home kitchens.” Eggs, mushrooms, asparagus, shallots and red pepper combine for the perfect dish. He also shares his secret ingredient for making eggs lighter and fluffier. Voila!
