Reflect on the Pearl Harbor Attack

December 7 2:00pm

Residents and staff at La Vida Del Mar gathered to pay tribute to USMC Captain John Campbell, one of San Diego’s oldest survivors of the Pearl Harbor attack. Now 99 years old, he was an eye-witness to the horrors of December 7, 1941, as the Japanese attacked the Pacific fleet. Representatives from Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton also attended the luncheon to share their gratitude. The event was featured in numerous outlets and publications including Fox 5 San Diego, CBS-8, San Diego Union-Tribune and NBC San Diego
