• Full breakfast, plus your choice of lunch or dinner daily
• Weekly housekeeping and flat linen laundry services
• Full calendar of social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities and programs
• Health and fitness classes
• 24-hour emergency call system and reception desk
• Scheduled transportation services to doctors’ appointments, shopping, events and entertainment
• Utilities, including basic telephone and cable TV, heating, air conditioning,
• Interior and exterior care and maintenance of all residences, common areas and grounds

La Vida Del Mar’s assisted living services take a “whole-person” approach to wellness, and are tailored to meet your needs, now and in the future. Services can be dialed up, or back, at any time, so you are always getting the help you need.  Residents choosing assisted living services enjoy all of the service amenities and common areas as listed above, as well as highly-personalized care services as needed to support independence and wellness. Here are the additional services offered in assisted living:

• Three meals daily, and snacks
• Weekly housekeeping, personal and flat linen laundry service
• Help with daily activities, including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assistance with managing medications

Rehabilitation Services

Through our partnership with ONR, residents at La Vida Del Mar are fully equipped to start to heal and feel better. Rehabilitative services can be tailored to the unique needs of each person to support them in regaining or retaining health and independence.

• Physical Therapy to help you bounce back and feel better as soon as possible
• Occupational Therapy using sensorimotor treatments to increase strength, endurance, range of motion, coordination and balance
• Speech Pathologists are ready to help with speech therapy or swallowing disorders by including exercises to build up oral muscle strength and function
• Available Respiratory Therapists offer detailed treatment options designed to return residents to their optimal breathing capacity

Concierge Medicine

We know that offering our residents faster, more convenient access to healthcare services allows them more positive results and provides peace of mind for family and friends. That’s why, here at La Vida Del Mar, residents have access to concierge medical services delivered in the privacy of their residence by Pine Park Health.

By offering a variety of integrated healthcare services, our goal is to address the unique needs of our residents, many who may find it challenging to find specialists, make appointments or go to the doctor's office and ultimately improve health outcomes through expanded access to services.  

Concierge Medical Services Can Provide:

• A team approach to care
• Convenient, onsite healthcare services
• Regularly scheduled visits in the community by the MD/NP team alleviating the need for transportation
