La Siena offers a wealth of health and wellness programs including “Wellness Wednesday”. Each month, Fitness Instructor Joanna Plisz hosts a seminar to provide residents’ with helpful health tips. This month’s topic is Hydration. It’s important for older adults to drink plenty of fluids as dehydration can lead to bigger health problems. Raise a glass and drink to better health!
