Each week, Carlisle residents have over 10 choices for exercise classes – all within steps of their front door. From water fitness classes to stretching, there’s an activity geared to everyone’s interest. The programs also are geared to varying fitness levels. Our tai chi class, for example, is perfect for residents who prefer a less strenuous activity. The National Institutes of Health recommends physical activity for everyone, regardless of age.
