We’ve added another class to our already robust calendar of health and wellness programs. Tai chi will be offered on Tuesdays, encouraging residents to reap the many health benefits of this centuries-old Chinese practice. Through gentle, flowing postures that create a kind of synchronized dance, tai chi has been associated with improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
