Our fitness calendar is jam-packed with classes and activities – from pool exercises to cycling. For residents who prefer a low-impact class, our Qigong class is ideal. An ancient Chinese healing practice, Qigong combines meditation, controlled breathing and gentle movement. Participants will reap the many benefits associated with the exercise, including improved flexibility and balance.
