There’s an exercise for every fitness level at The Carlisle. From a low-impact stretching class designed to improve flexibility to cardio and strength training which provides a full-body workout, there is an activity to meet all our residents’ health and wellness goals. And, with almost 20 opportunities for physical fitness offered weekly, residents are increasing their strength and endurance, keys to remaining independent.
