At The Carlisle Naples, residents continue to enjoy a wealth of nutritious – yet delicious – meal options thanks to the talented culinary team. Each month, the active retirement community hosts a “Let’s Dish” session, inviting residents to share their feedback with the Executive Chef Marlon Perez and enjoy a food demonstration. The Carlisle is putting a new spin on “Let’s Dish” due to social distancing. Residents can now sample a themed appetizer or beverage as Chef Perez visits each residence. In August, they’ll indulge in one of his favorite creations that incorporates the superfood kale.
