Carlisle residents have plenty of opportunities to burn off those extra calories from our Thanksgiving Day feast. Our early risers can improve their strength during a workout with neighbors in our Great Room. Yoga is also offered for residents seeking a low-impact exercise to increase flexibility. Our Living Room will be the place to be at 11:30 a.m. for delicious, healthy refreshments. At The Carlisle, fitness matters!
