I HAVE VISITED THE VILLAGE SEVERAL TIMES THEY TREAT ME LIKE FAMILY WHEN I AM READY I WOULD LIKE TO LIVE AT THE VILLAGE. The Villages at Ocotillo is a beautiful facility and the staff is AMAZING! 😍 They didn't even have a room available at the time, but when I mentioned our dire circumstances, the sales director, San The Villages at Ocotillo is a beautiful facility and the staff is AMAZING! 😍 They didn't even have a room available at the time, but when I mentioned our dire circumstances, the sales director, Sandi was so understanding and quickly set up a meeting with us and Tubna. Both of these ladies are a huge part of the Villages success. Extremely caring and go the extra mile on everything. They brought us hope for a much needed change AND a room within less than three weeks and we are very, very grateful. Read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend is at The Village at Ocotillo. It is really good for assisted living. They're really good. The food is even better. They have learning se I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My friend is at The Village at Ocotillo. It is really good for assisted living. They're really good. The food is even better. They have learning seminars, a theater, go overboard decking, and they have decorating. They have Tuesday and Friday happy hours, and they are very friendly. They will even come in and check on you in the middle of the night to make sure that you haven't fallen out of bed. The downside of the place is that it's very expensive, and they charge you for everything. If you wanted them to change your sheets, it would cost $20. Even though it's assisted living, it's very expensive. It's $7700 for a one-bedroom with a kitchen, a bathroom, and of course, a sitting area. However, everybody is really friendly and upbeat. They try to get people to talk to each other, so they're not fully bored. They're really good at making sure you take your medicine and take a shower. My friend wanted women to give her a shower, but they sent a man and she didn't like that, so she didn't take the shower. So, I went to the front desk and said she'd really prefer women, and then they gave her only women to take a shower. The place is also very clean, bright, and uplifting. Friendly staff from the moment I drove in and David directed me to a parking space. Tour was very good, so nice of the residents to share.
