Take a Dance Class

Thirty minutes of aerobic exercise a day is an ideal goal for living an active life. The Heritage Tradition’s line dancing class offers a great option for a fitness activity that is not too hard and lots of fun. The small group fitness class is for perfect maintaining the CDC’s recommended physical distance between participants. Line dancing is just one of the many opportunities for health and wellness provided at the active retirement community.
