Dish with the Chef

Brussels sprouts are closely related to kale, cauliflower and mustard greens and are an excellent source of protein. In September, Chef Hoffman will host a “Let’s Dish” session to share his favorite way of preparing these cruciferous vegetables. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, the program will be offered in a small group setting as well as via Zoom for residents who prefer to watch from the comfort of their residences.
