Wealth of Fitness Programs Keep SRG Residents Active & Healthy

The holidays aren’t just about family but great food as well. In fact, the average person can gain 1-2 pounds between November and the end of the year. Thankfully for residents at SRG senior living communities, our fulltime Program Directors plan a wealth of fitness and wellness activities and classes to encourage them to maintain their fitness regimen throughout the holiday season. Line dancing, ping pong, bocce ball and Wii gaming are just a few of the fun ways residents can stay fit. Our communities also offer hiking clubs and bicycling groups for those looking to workout outdoors. Many SRG communities also offer indoor pools, enabling residents to swim year-round.
