Senior Resource Group communities are finding creative ways to connect during these unprecedented times. At Maravilla Scottsdale in Arizona, residents are able to socially distance and try their hand at expert recipes with the community's virtual cooking classes.
Led over zoom by Maravilla's Executive Chef Erika, residents were guided through each step of making creamy and delicious Lobster Risotto with English Peas. With precautionary measures in mind, all of the ingredients for the dish were packaged and delivered directly to residents' doorsteps before the virtual cooking class began. Chef Erika guided attendees through the detailed process of creating the risotto and provided a variety of special culinary tips, such as how to achieve the perfect texture. Bon appetite!
