Volunteering is good for the mind, body and soul and at Villa Hermosa in Tucson, Ariz., giving back is a community affair. The active retirement community has partnered with The Primavera Foundation, which provides assistance for the area’s homeless, and it was all hands on deck when residents and staff recently visited the shelter. Villa Hermosa’s executive chef and his culinary team prepared a delicious dinner for the nearly 150 of the Foundation’s clients while residents volunteered to serve. We appreciate everyone’s generosity and their willingness to give of their time and talents.
